We sell our beauty cosmetics & hair care products to our customers who live in the U.K, EU & International countries.

Please note we a U.K company and the U.K. is no longer part of the EU.

For Shipping – The customer is required to pay any Customs import costs issued by their country if incurred, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Since 1 July 2021, most goods shipped to the EU are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee.

The amounts charged vary from country to country. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged.

Please note we are not able to declare items purchased as gift for the shipping, as it will cause problems with customs clearance.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt, please allow 5-14 working days for delivery for Europe, Worldwide 5- 20 working days. (Please note we are not held accountable for delays occurred via the courier during postal transit, customs or public holidays).
